QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PURCHASE
- What payment methods do you accept?
For customers in Brazil, we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Amex and Discover credit cards. If you do not have a credit card, you can generate a boleto for payment.
- I have never purchased from this site. Is it safe?
We are proud to use highly advanced online security systems, protocols and hosting, exactly the same as those used by major brands such as Budweiser, Red Bull, Kylie Cosmetics and Tesla Motors. When it comes to paying, we do not have access to your credit card information. Payment is made through Mercado Pago, a company specializing in secure online payments.
- Are you accessible? I'm afraid of buying and not being able to contact you later.
Yes, we are. We have well-explained information about all processes related to purchasing and delivery in various parts of the website, in addition to a specialized and dedicated team to respond to you within 48 business hours.
- Can I use more than one discount coupon?
You can only use one discount code per purchase. But there is a way to stack discounts! If we are running a seasonal promotion and the products are already shown at a discount, you can combine this with a discount field to get an even bigger discount.
- How do I get free shipping?
If your order contains one of the products with “free shipping” in the description, all other products you choose will have free shipping as well.
CHANGES TO THE ORDER
Changes to the order can be made before the products are shipped, which occurs on average 3 business days after purchase. If they have already been shipped and the tracking code has already been provided, the products are no longer within our reach and have already left our distribution center, so we cannot change any aspect of the order.
- I registered with the wrong email address. What do I do?
Just send us an email with the subject “Change details” and provide the correct email address, and we’ll take care of it for you! It’s important that the email address is one you access frequently, because that’s where we’ll send you notifications about your orders and exclusive offers!
- Can you change the delivery address?
If the products have not yet been shipped, we can! Just send us an email with the subject “Change details”, and we will process it more urgently to change the address before the products are shipped. If you contact us only after the products have been shipped, we will not be able to make this change, as they are no longer within our reach.
QUESTIONS ABOUT SENDING YOUR ORDER
- How long does it take to process, prepare and ship an order?
Once we have confirmed your payment, we will begin preparing your order. The average time for shipping products and providing the tracking code is 3 to 10 business days, and may vary during holidays and periods of high purchasing volume.
- How long does it take to track my order?
The tracking code is made available and sent automatically as soon as the product is posted, approximately 3 to 10 business days after purchase. The order can be tracked through our page Track your order .
If you get the message “not found”, don’t worry! It takes 5 to 10 days for international tracking codes to appear in the postal system. In this case, just wait and try again after a few days.
- When will I receive my products?
As the products are imported, they take between 2 and 6 weeks to reach your address, however our average delivery time is 22 working days.
- Is there any risk in shipping? How does your process work?
Delivery is safe and 100% guaranteed . Products are shipped from our distribution centers in Europe, the USA and also Asia. The initial route is made by a carrier in the country of origin, until it arrives in Brazil. The rest is done by the Post Office.
